Its a new month, and what better way to start it off. If you follow me on my social media platforms you may have seen the big announcement already. Thank you all for your continuous love and support. Well, just in case you missed the announcement, I’m the new Fashion Ambassador for Style Palace. Style_Palace is an E-store that sell some of Australian finest designers such as Keepsake, Cameo, Maurie and Eve, Johnny just to name a few. You may be wondering what would be my role as the new Ambassador. Here is it, each month I will be styling an item from one of the designers we stock on the website and tell you more about them, writing articles about women empowerment, news on Australian Fashion and so forth, so be on the lookout for the excitement.

“Tell us a little about yourself and why Fashion and style has become such a big part of your life?
I took the plunge into the blogging sphere because of my love for fashion and writing, which provides me with the platform to combine the two and everything in-between to share. My name is Sonia Koroma, blogger and creator of Sonish Space (my life through the lens) blog. I’m presently residing in North Brisbane. I have a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting Degree and currently work at the Suncorp Group Limited as an Analyst (Compliance).
Reading, writing, shopping and travelling are some of my favourite activities. I’m a fashion enthusiast and a big bargain hunter, a trait I inherited from my Mother.

How would you describe your style?
I describe my style as ‘Discovery’ I like to discover myself with the clothes I choose to wear. I love being playful, daring, stylish, modern, effortless, chic, street and experimenting with different things. I just want each outfit I create to reflect a piece of my many personalities.”

My Fashion Corner:
One thing I have discovered about myself is, I’m very open to try anything. I make everything in my closet count for something. This look was as a result of my thoughtless thoughts (that doesn’t sound right at all, but oh well it how I can best describe it). I was literally putting this outfit together as the shoot progress.
I’m always late with trends and the split is also now on the list. Last year the split trend took the fashion world by storm and I really loved it, but it was one of those things that you love, but you can’t get your hands on the right one that works for you.
I love how the outfit turned out, casual and stylish. Can you believe the top and skirt is less that $20.
