My playful slit pant with a desire for change
Life is so short, and your departure will never be fully announced, so live your life the best way you can and try to make a difference in someone’s life (at least one person). Losing my uncle last month (18th October 2017) made me question so many things in my life, and now I am so conscious of everything around me. I was devastated and hurt how his life was cut short like that, but I know that God is in control and his plans for all of us are good and not evil, even though I might not like it, but he has given me peace to move on and continue to live my life remembering my uncle of all the good memories we shared.
How are you all doing? I am well and enjoying the bump life as much as I can in this present hot weather currently in Brisbane.
I just want to remind you to let your desire to be successful in this life become so strong that you can literally see the end with your eyes wide open. And don’t forget to back it up with faith. Never stop trying, because nothing is certain and at least you can tap yourself on the back that you tried it all.
Like I mentioned in my last post, I still have lots of pre-pregnancy outfits that I would like to share with you, but this shoot was done when I was around 8-9 weeks pregnant. I turned up to the shoot tired as hell but I handled the 3 hrs like a pro without Janine (my photographer) not noticing a thing, and I didn’t say a word. I kept my secret to myself. I like this outfit because its everything. It’s retro, stylish, classy and so on. The slit on the pants reminds me of life in a way that we all have some areas in our heart that are slit by so many life challenges, but every day we find a way to make it work (keep on living) and move on. On that not moving on to the outfit, it was a great effort by me and my girl AKA my photographer/stylish to style this breezy pair of pants. I finally opt in to this trend after I first noticed it around 2014. It is so versatile and in love with the wide leg style which makes it so appealing. I incorporated it with this edge body suit to take the look to another level. The playful slit shows off my handle boots and the leather jacket to add an extra retro to the look.
Its a whole new territory for me and I love it, this pant is also perfect for your holiday suitcase.
What do you think?
