Stay away from drama, but let your sleeves be dramatic like this Zara Top
Hey guys …… Happy Hump day!!!! How are we all doing? Hope fine.. I’m doing great and settling well into my new job. It’s busy, but I like being busy and plus I have so much variety in this job.
Talking about variety, I love having varieties in my life and especially a versatile closet. Being a Corporate girl, I tend to wear boring button up shirt and as I mentioned in my last post, I am spicing things up a little and that’s another story altogether.
For my everyday outings, I try to veer away from boring tops and go for tops with statements like this pink Zara flared sleeves top …. I love how the sleeves are so dramatic and goodness its so soft and comfy too. It’s just so lovely how it moves with the wind.
Side note: I don’t think it will be appropriate for dinner dates as the sleeves are so big; it will be so uncomfortable trying to control the sleeves and eat your yummy food…. this top is perfect for a night out partying with friends.
The intention was to showcase this top and that why I decided to pair it with my white high wasted jean, to highlight the pink more… I really love how both colours compliments each other.
Seriously though, you know I love trying new things and mix and match prints and this was exactly one of them, to make the look more exciting I throw in my leopard heels. … I tried it on, and it looks completely what I will wear (hahaha).
Since the top is a statement on its own, the intention was to keep the accessories very minimum but still chic, and this Selena necklace from stephaniebijoux was perfect to bring the extra ooze to the look. I would usually wear a necklace like this with a black or white plain tee and make it the statement piece for a casual outing. To make the look more interesting I also tried it with the color block necklace from Stephaniebijoux to give the outfit an edgy vibe.
